I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were a bit shabby, but they did include a kitchenette. The staff was friendly, but there were some billing issues that could have been handled better. Overall, the value for money is okay, considering the location, but the condition of the rooms and the limited dining options were a downside.

6.6/10

The hotel is located right on the tidal river, which is a lovely spot, and the views are stunning. However, the rooms, while having a mini kitchen for our girls' weekend, were in a shabby condition and could definitely use some updating. The service had its ups and downs; my friend faced an issue with the billing for his room. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some improvements in various areas to enhance the experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with its clean and spacious rooms that were ideal for our girls weekend. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, including a fantastic lobster place we loved. However, the service was a bit frustrating when it came to billing issues, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it provided good value for money, particularly with the kitchen amenities in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the location is absolutely fantastic – right on the tidal river and close to shops and eateries. The rooms, while mostly clean, are in shabby condition and could use some updates. The service at the hotel was a bit frustrating as I was billed for two rooms even though only one was reserved for me and my friend. The dining options left much to be desired, particularly with some questionable water quality. Overall, while the location offers great convenience, the hotel itself falls short in a few areas.
